How much protein should a female consume for weight loss?

I have been working consistently for about a year, but my weight loss has been very slow. I only lost about 15-18 pounds. I've also changed my diet and started eating much healthier. I have not been intaking I think a lot of protein and is one reason why my weight loss has been slow. How much protein should I take to speed my weight loss? Are there recipes shakes or vitamins to take? I workout at least 3-4x per week. On average I'm at the gym for 1 hour. – 1.5 hours. I have been attending classes RPM and the casing at least 2 times a week. On the other days I do cardio and weights. I also do resistance training.

Protein: Beans, lean meats like boneless skinless chicken and fish, peanut butter (about 1 tablespoon at a time), etc. .. Serves Lean Protein should make up about 40% of their daily diet per day. 30% is for whole grains. Is 20% for fruits and vegetables. 10% is for fat.
