Has anyone had good results using the cross trainer in your fitness routine?

Wondered how well the cross trainer has worked for people. I get that about five times a week for 30 minutes at my gym. Thus began a couple of weeks and just wanted to see if anyone out there has had good results from it?? Thanks!

yes, do I use the routine aerobic and reversing the routine … the aerobic routine I can do at 17 now, I can do for 15 minutes plus cooling time and the reverse I do at level 12 for 10 minutes plus cooling time at a faster pace. I also do exercises upper and lower body weight. Placement of the strongest resistance as you and you will notice the results.
