How much can you expect to lose within 4 months if I'm walking with 3 pounds hand weights for 1 hour a day?

My mother and my sister are both in size to 0 and the work of my sister and mother lives in another state. I want to lose weght so when I visit in late July for their sweet 16 will look good on me and I do not feel so discouraged. I currently weigh 190 pounds, I am strictly water and healthy eating fruit vegetables protien. I'm even taking hoodia it doesn't seem to be working very well. So I'm trying to do this naturally. I would at lease lose 15 pounds a month, is this physically possible??

it is possible to lose 2-3 pounds per week. Sounds like you're in the right direction. Do not constantly weigh yourself because your weight fluctuates a bit and miy be discouraged. keep good job!
