Has anyone tryed the Leslie Sansone walking program?

I've been using your videos for a week and was wondering if anyone has used before and worked very good results from it?

Yes! I did a mile for 2 weeks, ate well, and lost five pounds. But I had to stop because my daughter started cutting naps and I do not have the time! Are the videos that really train for.
